About Mandate

Mandate is being built around a simple distinction: capability is not permission. An agent’s access to a tool does not establish its authority to act on behalf of a business.

Our mission is to preserve human decision rights without requiring human review of every low-risk task. The proposed platform separates CAN, MAY, SHOULD, and MUST, with explicit delegation, deterministic policies, bounded approvals, and decision evidence.

We are starting with customer-service refund governance. Sandbox examples, planned integrations, and production controls must be clearly distinguished; we do not claim certifications, live enforcement, or customer traction without evidence.
